How It Works
Qualified investors may review the borrower profile, property collateral, lien position, loan terms, documents, and risks before funding a specific opportunity.
Investor funds are not held directly by InterCapital Funding. Funds are wired through a title company, escrow agent, closing attorney, or other approved settlement party connected to the specific transaction.
If the borrower performs, investors receive payments according to the loan documents and deal terms.
Potential Target Returns
InterCapital Funding’s private lending opportunities may offer a potential target annual return range of 12% to 15%, depending on the deal structure, borrower, collateral, lien position, loan term, payment structure, and risk profile.
Returns are not guaranteed. Actual income may be prorated based on the loan term, closing date, payoff date, and payment structure.
